The City of Mexico is now accepting offers for the sale of the former A.P. Green Refractories industrial site located at 700 Green Boulevard. The site is roughly 93 acres.
Having been a large industrial site and being zoned accordingly, the existing site has characteristics which make it ideal for new heavy industrial users. The site currently has a nearby railway, significant electrical infrastructure, access to a large natural gas line, a substantial water main service, and multiple fiber optic lines. Additionally, all site ingress/egress is through a Missouri Department of Transportation maintained Business Route (BU 54) and the Mexico Memorial Airport is located less than four miles from the site for convenient executive access.
The City of Mexico reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers and to waive any informality in offers received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its interest.
All offers should be submitted to Attn: Economic Development Department, 300 N. Coal St., Mexico, Mo 65265.
Questions pertaining to the sale of this property should be directed to Russell Runge,
Economic Development Director, at 573-581-2100, Extension 315.
