INVITATION TO BID FOR SALE OF PROPERTY

The  City  of  Mexico  is  accepting  sealed  bids  for  the  purchase  of  the  property  located  

at  515 Eastholm, (vacant lot) Mexico, MO.   Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. (Prevailing 

Central Time) on the 28th day of February, 2023 at City Hall, 300 North Coal Street, Mexico, MO 

65265.

Any and all bids received after the time specified above will be returned unopened.   The City of 

Mexico reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or 

irregularities therein.

Bids may be held by the City of Mexico for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of 

opening of the bids for, the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to accepting the bid.
