Utility Billing for sewer and sanitation are prepared through the Administrative Services office. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For your convenience, a payment drop box is located on the northwest side of City Hall to make payments before and after hours; or you can access your account information online by visiting our Utility Billing Portal

If you have an urgent sewer problem that takes place after 5:00 pm or on weekends or holidays, call our after-hours emergency service number at, 573-473-5800, and the person on duty will be called.
